Sign-Off Settings

The User Portal Signoff settings allow you to specify additional data that is to be sent along action-request submissions. Signoff settings are available on the Settings→Sign-off settings page. The following sign- off settings are available:

Require ticket when submitting key actions

When enabled, application owners must provide a ticket number when submitting key requests. When disabled, providing the ticket number is optional.

Use execution window

When enabled, application owners may specify an execution window when submitting action requests. The execution window is used to specify the timespan when the jobs from the action requests can be executed.
