Global Session Settings
Global session settings are used for controlling the parameters related to User Portal GUI sessions. Global session settings can be accessed on the Settings page of the Management Portal.
List items per page
The maximum number of key entries displayed on the Authorized keys page and the Private keys page. Additional entries are paginated.
Individual application owners can overwrite this setting for themselves, in their own account settings.
Default timezone
The time zone in which all timestamps are displayed. Specified in TZ notation.

Pre-login message
A text that is displayed on the User Portal GUI log-in page. This message can be used, for example, to display important system-related information to application owners. Specified in Markdown syntax.
Post-login message
A text that is displayed on the User Portal GUI Home page, after an application owner has logged into User Portal. This message can be used, for example, to display important usage-related information to application owners. Specified in Markdown syntax.
Session timeout in seconds
The duration of inactivity after which application owners are automatically logged out. Specified in seconds.
Minimum password length
A numerical value indicating the minimum accepted length for account passwords (minimum 8).
Account lockout after failed logins
If set to Yes, User Portal administrator accounts with consecutive failed log-on attempts are locked out. If set to No, consecutive failed log-on attempts do not trigger account lockout.

Tries before lockout
The number of consecutive failed log-on attempts that causes the account to lock out (minimum 1).

Lockout duration
The duration in minutes for which an account is locked out (Minimum 1).

List all keys regardless of application owner
When enabled, search results show all keys that match criteria, including keys outside the current application. Can be useful for finding duplicate keys, but may expose information to unauthorized users.
Many of the global session settings can be overwritten by user-account-specific settings.
