Prerequisites

Check and execute the following before proceeding with the migration:

  • Provision base RHEL 8 hosts, where new Key Manager Servers and User Portals will be installed.

  • If you have enabled the Use allow-from options in management keys setting, add the IP addresses of your newly-provisioned RHEL 8 hosts to Additional allow-from addresses, then renew your agentless management keys. This will allow your new Key Manager Servers on RHEL 7 to perform management actions as soon as they are set up.
