Migrating Key Manager Database from Oracle 11 to Oracle 12

This appendix provides instructions about migrating the Key Manager database from Oracle 11 to Oracle 12. The high-level workflow is the following:

1. Export the Oracle 11 Key Manager database.

2. Copy the export file to the new Oracle 12 database server.

3. Import the export file to the Orace 12 database.

4. Edit the Key Manager localsettings.py file to point to the new database location.
