Reviewing Private-Key Passphrases

You can review the passphrase of passphrase-protected keys via the Key Manager (as long as the passphrase is stored in the Key Manager system).

By default, Key Manager stores the passphrases of all the passphrase-protected keys that have been created using Key Manager. Also, Key Manager administrators can provide and store passphrases for private keys.

To review the passphrase of a private key via the GUI:

• On the User keys→Private keys page, perform a Show Passphrase action on a passphrase-protected key. Doing so displays the passphrase of the selected key.
