Reviewing Job Logs
Job logs provide detailed information about what was performed as part of a job. In various troubleshooting scenarios, such as in the case of failed jobs, reviewing the job log may provide additional information about potential issues.
Alerts raised in the Key Manager may (depending on the alert type) link to job entries that caused the alert. When resolving such alerts, we recommend inspecting the associated job log to find out what may have caused the alert.
To review the job log of a particular job, navigate to the Logs→Jobs page, and perform a View log action on the target job.
Note that log entries for completed (finished and failed) jobs are purged in accordance to the global setting
After how many days to purge finished and failed jobs (after 60 days by default). The log entries of internal
jobs are purged whenever periodical tasks are run, determined by the back-end settings poll_interval
and periods_interval (once every hour by default).
