Enabling More-Detailed Job Logs
You can configure Key Manager to produce more detailed logs for jobs run on certain hosts. Enabling more detailed job logs can be useful, for example, in scenarios where you need additional information for troubleshooting unexpected behavior of certain jobs.
You can get more detailed job logs by enabling debug mode. Debug mode is set on a per-host basis. Jobs run on hosts where debug mode is enabled are logged in greater detail.
To enable/disable debug mode on a host:
-
On the Hosts page, perform a Settings action on the target host.
-
Set Debug Mode to Yes or No to enable or disable debug mode.
Similarly to most host settings, debug mode may also be set globally, or for a host group. For more information about configuring host settings, see Configuring Host and Host-Credential Settings.
